**Job Title:** Strategic Account Manager - Iberia Region

**Location:** Madrid, Spain

**Salary:** €55,000 - €70,000 per annum

**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team in the Iberian region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies, managing relationships with key clients, and driving business growth.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including domestic Key Account retailers
  • Manage account P&L and sales forecast, achieving agreed-upon revenue and profit objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities, set up meetings, and drive negotiations with partners
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive sell-out through trade marketing promotions and activities

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Iberian region
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, with fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
