Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Chubb. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth, maximizing revenue, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing Consumer Lines programmes, including A&H, IPL & Travel, to maximize portfolio value and customer revenue retention. They will work closely with Senior Account Managers to ensure partnerships contribute to overall Iberia performance and strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their business needs, and ensure their satisfaction with Chubb.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from partnerships (meeting growth, product enhancement plan, and renewal goals).
  • Internal Process Management: Manage all internal processes: legal, claim, underwriting, operations, IT, to manage portfolios and implement new partnerships.
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Sales, Premium Booking, and Profitability: Manage sales, premium booking, and profitability. Negotiate contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Control marketing campaigns, analyze results, and create plans for growth and improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the insurance industry, and experience in account management. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proven track record of delivering results and achieving targets.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around €60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
