**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and delivering against a plan for their territory, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and growing numerous accounts concurrently.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their business needs and technical preferences* Meet or exceed revenue and goal targets in a defined territory* Develop a comprehensive account/territory plan to manage and grow numerous accounts concurrently* Grow & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services* Accelerate customer adoption* Maintain a robust sales pipeline* Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
