**Job Overview**
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team in AWS EMEA SARL (Spain Branch). This role will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of AWS technologies for startups in Spain, focusing on enabling and developing growth- and late-stage technology startups.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet or exceed revenue and goal targets in a defined territory.
- Develop a comprehensive account/territory plan to manage and grow numerous accounts concurrently.
- Grow and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
- Accelerate customer adoption and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
**A Day in the Life:**
As an Account Manager, you will engage with developers and Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) to discuss strategies for scaling the business. You will also collaborate with your team to drive new opportunities and mutual learning. In the EMEA region, there is an emphasis on dedicating a day each month to focus on individual wellbeing.
