We are seeking a highly driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our multicultural and multinational EMEA Ruckus Team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of English and almost native level of Spanish, as well as a strong understanding of the IT sector and sales cycle. You will also have a proven track record of coaching, influencing, and closing deals, as well as experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate CommScope's Ruckus Networks technology, brand, and global market leadership to increase funnel volumes and deliver revenue streams through direct engagement of End Users and proactive management of the nominated Partner base to close revenue.
Key responsibilities include growing our Tier 2 Partners, directly managing medium-sized deals with end users, and serving as the primary outbound prospecting engine. You will develop to become our next generation of field talent in the country, operating profitably, with balanced growth enabled through effective account coverage, account planning, and the creation of opportunities harnessing the full input of your virtual team (e.g., Sales Specialists, Professional Services, and/or Field Sales).
