Job Summary:
As a highly skilled Account Development Manager at Syneos Health, Inc., you will drive strategy to identify and engage with key accounts, leveraging a multi-channel approach to drive growth and client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales objectives through effective relationship-building and lead generation
• Analyze complex account and industry activity to develop plans for a portfolio of accounts
• Initiate and manage effective relationships with active and prospect clients to determine near and future clinical development needs
• Maintain effective and meaningful relationships with developed leads on a continuous basis
• Deliver the company's messaging on differentiators, effectively communicating this to clients
• Document and monitor progress in CRM software
• Initiate and prioritize use of internal and external data and technology to conduct research
• Establish and maintain an appropriate internal network for business needs
• Validate internally in company and coordinate smooth transfer of Account Development clients to Business Development
• Leverage meetings and conferences with Business Development to generate leads
• Participate in Business Development processes and meetings to ensure consistency and alignment
• Generate and analyze reports to manage Account Development metrics and KPIs

Requirements:
• BA/BS degree in a biological science, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-5 years of Inside Sales experience, Lead Generation, Customer Relationship development and management, predominantly via phone
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English; German is a plus
• May have working knowledge of clinical development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and voicemail
• CRM skills in managing a customer relationship database beneficial
• Ability to conduct research using various online resources
