About the Role

Phibro Animal Health Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Poultry Account Development Manager to join our team in Western Europe. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with customers in the poultry industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead demand generation activities in the assigned territory and provide support to achieve budgeted sales and gross margin for Phibro products.

• Provide technical support for customers, key influencers, and end users, ensuring proper use of products.

• Support local distributors for demand creation, technical service, training, and sales support to drive the sale of products.

• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity in the assigned area and provide guidance to the Species Business Manager.

• Attend customer events and connect with relevant Key Opinion Leaders.

• Strengthen relationships by following strategic account management principles and behaviours.

• Inform customers about Phibro's pricing policy and other relevant business information.

• Plan and forecast customer demand to anticipate supply requirements and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Must have a degree in Veterinary medicine, Nutritional, or other relevant animal science degree.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in animal health and established poultry network.

• Commercial acumen with technical orientation (poultry field technical experience preferred).

• Ability to self-manage daily activities and responsibilities.

• Teamwork mindset to connect with European and global colleagues.

• Conversational English level.
