Key Account Manager Poultry Role

We are expanding our commercial teams in Western Europe, and this role will act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring information and guidance about Phibro's portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Lead demand generation activities in assigned territories to achieve budgeted sales and gross margin for Phibro products.
  • Provide technical support to customers, key influencers, and end users ensuring proper product use.
  • Maintain relationships with local distributors, providing demand creation, technical service, training, and sales support as required.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity, guiding Species Business Managers accordingly.
  • Attend customer events and connect with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Inform customers about pricing policy and other relevant business information.
  • Plan and forecast customer demand to ensure supply requirements and positive customer experiences.
  • Comply with Phibro's policies and lead with high integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary medicine, Nutritional science, or relevant animal science degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in animal health, poultry network, and established commercial acumen with technical orientation.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.

Earning Potential

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $140,000, depending on location and qualifications.
