About the Role

Phibro Animal Health Corporation seeks a skilled Key Account Manager Poultry to join our Sales team based in Spain. This exciting opportunity involves managing key customer relationships and driving business growth in the poultry sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead demand generation activities and provide support to achieve budgeted sales and gross margin for Phibro products in the assigned territory.
  • Offer technical support to customers, key influencers, and end users to ensure proper use of products.
  • Collaborate with local distributors to create demand, provide technical service, training, and sales support as required to drive product sales.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity in the assigned area and provide guidance to the Species Business Manager.
  • Attend customer events, connect with Key Opinion Leaders, and strengthen relationships by following strategic account management principles and behaviors.
  • Inform customers about Phibro's pricing policy and other relevant business information.
  • Plan and forecast customer demand to anticipate supply requirements and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Comply with Phibro's policies and lead with a high level of integrity.
Requirements
  • A Degree in Veterinary medicine, Nutritional, or other relevant animal science degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in animal health and an established poultry network.
  • Commercial acumen with technical orientation (poultry field technical experience preferred).
  • Able to self-manage daily activities and responsibilities.
  • Teamwork mindset to connect with European and global colleagues.
  • Conversational English level.
