About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager Poultry to join our team at Phibro Animal Health Corporation in Western Europe. As a KAM Poultry, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and driving commercial growth in the region.

Job Description

The successful candidate will act as a point of contact for customers requiring information and guidance about Phibro's portfolio, focusing on creating sustainable business growth in the associated territory/customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading demand generation activities in the assigned territory;
  • Providing technical support for customers, key influencers, and end-users ensuring proper use of products;
  • Maintaining local distributor support for demand creation, technical service, training, and sales support;
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitive activity in the assigned area;
  • Attending customer events and connecting with relevant Key Opinion Leaders;
  • Strengthening relationships by following strategic account management principles and behaviors;
  • Informing customers about Phibro's pricing policy and other relevant business information;
  • Planning and forecasting customer demand to anticipate supply requirements and ensure a positive customer experience;
  • Complying with Phibro's policies and leading with high-level integrity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Degree in Veterinary medicine, Nutritional or other relevant animal science degree;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in animal health and established poultry network;
  • Commercial acumen with technical orientation (poultry field technical experience preferred);
  • Ability to self-manage daily activities and responsibilities;
  • Teamwork mindset to connect with European and global colleagues;
  • Conversational English level.

The ideal candidate will possess strong B2B commercial skills, decision-making and problem-solving skills, excellent communication (oral and written) skills, and a strong work ethic & flexibility to work across differing time zones.

Benefits

In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including frequent travel opportunities within the assigned territory and occasional international travel up to max 25%.
