The Position

We are seeking an experienced Market Solution Manager - Commercial & Corporate Services to join our team in Madrid, Spain or Welwyn, UK. As a key member of our Global Procurement (GP) team, you will play a critical role in driving commercial and corporate services solutions that address complex business challenges and seize market opportunities.

Job Description

As a Market Solution Manager, you will collaborate with various teams to understand business challenges, scout, implement, run, and enhance solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive commercial & corporate services solutions: Collaborate with the business and GP teams as well as external providers to drive all stages of solution development.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert: Provide expertise and input in market analysis, assessing niche requests to identify business trends.
  • Develop Frameworks and Approaches: Identify, refine, and manage frameworks, tools, and approaches to proactively meet business needs.
  • Advocate and Enable: Lead and advise business stakeholders, align and co-create solutions that connect procurement and business questions to market knowledge.
  • Foster Collaborations: Create and nurture GP and Roche-wide collaborations, promote cross-functional teams and strategic direction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • In-depth experience either with commercialization or corporate services strategies in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering strategies, market expertise, and innovation for clinical trials.
  • Success in building credibility and trust; and cultivating collaborative and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Navigated across ambiguous areas in a flexible, matrix, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Business level fluency in English; any additional language is a plus.

Estimated Salary Range: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum depending on location and experience.
