Innovative Consumer Compliance Expert

As a Consumer Promotional Compliance Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Head of Consumer Healthcare and be part of the global Consumer Healthcare team. Your core responsibility will be to generate innovative medical insights that translate into the promotion of our CHC product portfolio while ensuring their appropriate use and upholding the highest ethical and compliance standards.
About the Role- You will review and approve promotional and non-promotional consumer materials and activities to ensure compliance with relevant local requirements, including codes of practice, and other relevant regulations and company policies.
- You will act as a subject matter expert on consumer content governance, copy approval, and local requirements, providing support, guidance, and approval.
- You will provide examination and approval of materials and activities for allocated territories, including oversight of affiliate-level agencies as needed.
- Review and approve promotional and non-promotional consumer materials and activities to ensure compliance with relevant local requirements.

- Own and manage regional budgets to support the regional medical and regulatory workload.
- Identify issues, themes, and opportunities for continuous improvement that enhance the quality and compliance of materials and activities.
- Maintain a robust understanding of local requirements and regulatory guidelines.
In this role, you will work closely with various teams, including marketing, digital, commercial/trade Legal and Compliance colleagues, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective execution. If you have experience working in Consumer Healthcare and a keen understanding of drug development and commercialization, this may be an exciting opportunity for you.

A competitive salary is offered for this position, estimated at around $95,000 annually based on industry standards.
