ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Development Manager to manage specific accounts within the Spanish trade, analyzing market trends, presenting products, and negotiating trade terms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Selling our products to Spanish trade partners, leveraging commercial expertise and knowledge of the European retail environment.
  • Independently handling current clients, driving sales growth, and achieving distribution targets within customer groups.
  • Managing customer Profit & Loss (P&L), preparing year-end talks within agreed budgets, and implementing annual business plans aligned with customer commercial strategies.
  • Supporting the Associate Manager/Manager Sales Account Management in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to customers on new products, promotions, and other initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent, emphasizing Sales & Marketing.
  • Commercial background with at least 3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Marketing and Marketing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and drive results.
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and make informed decisions.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of the Spain and European retail environment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $75,000 - $90,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
