Commercial Specialist Role at Paulig Group

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our international team supporting Customer Brands retail business in South Europe. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform sales strategies
  • Manage promotions and inventory to meet customer demands
  • Coordinate shipments and logistics to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles in FMCG
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Structured approach and drive to improve processes
  • Proficiency in common office software and CRM tools
