Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape. They will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering strategic advertising solutions to clients.
This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses. If you are a driven and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and penetrate new business opportunities
- Baillie Directre sales efforts to drive revenue growth and meet quarterly quota goals
- Work closely with internal teams, including account management, retail, and marketplace
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies
- Bachelor's or master's degree in sales/marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the advertising or media industry
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
