Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at Play'N GO. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the direction of integrations and technical account projects by interacting with the customer and understanding their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and managing the direction of integrations and technical account projects
  • Assisting clients with their queries, troubleshooting their issues, and guiding them through the integration and game launch process
  • Attending calls and meetings as required according to the client's needs
  • Consulting and coordinating with operational, compliance, development, and product personnel to clarify intent, identify matters, and suggest a course for the client and the product

In this role, you will work closely with sales and account management teams to win new business and increase sales to existing customers. You will also contribute to the team repository, internal documentation, test cases, external documentation, and education.

Requirements:
  • Experience in administration and coordination of projects and tasks
  • Customer service orientated
  • At least 3 years' experience in integration and technical project management
  • Good understanding of the technology behind APIs
  • Understanding API testing together with analysing technical requirements and issues
  • Knowledge of tools like Jira, OpenSearch, and POSTMAN
