Senior Technical Account Manager

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Account Manager to join their client's team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical onboarding for new clients, staying up-to-date with software integrations, and providing comprehensive support to clients.
About the Role
This is a temporary contract position with the potential to extend. The salary package will be based on experience, skills, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical onboarding for new clients within the designated region
- Stay knowledgeable about technical integrations with software partners
- Assess client needs and goals to plan for seamless integration with their existing systems
- Support new clients throughout the onboarding process
- Foster long-term partnerships by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or technical issue resolution
- Native or fluent in French (C1 level)
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Experience in industries such as online brokers, SaaS, or IT services is preferred
