Technical Account Manager for Italian Speaking Clients

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our client's team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to make a real impact in the world of outsourced inside sales, partner enablement, and customer success.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the onboarding process for new clients within your designated region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success, staying up-to-date on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading technical onboarding for new clients
- Staying knowledgeable about technical integrations with software partners
- Assessing client needs and goals to plan for seamless integration with their existing systems, technologies, and infrastructure
- Supporting new clients throughout the onboarding process
- Fostering long-term partnerships by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years experience in account management, partner support, pre-sales support, post-sales support, technical issue resolution, or client-facing technical discovery
- Native or fluent in Italian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent project management abilities
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to guide decision-making
