The Role

In this key role as Senior Enterprise Account Manager - Cloud Solutions, you'll play a critical part in driving incremental add-on business into strategic named accounts. Your extensive experience and consultative selling skills will enable you to initiate and support sales of Workday Solutions within our existing customer base.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager - Cloud Solutions, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, focusing on upselling via deal management.
  • Performing account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Driving strategic add-on and renewal business of Workday solutions.
  • Coordinating cross-functionally with Workday's internal teams (pre-sales, digital, value & bid-management, marketing, technical and sales support).

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring the following qualifications and experience:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position.
  • Experience negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities.
  • Experience building relationships with existing customers for add-on or incremental business.
  • Experience in developing long-term account strategies with existing customers.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
