We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Enterprise Strategist to join our team at Ardoq. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expansion across our enterprise customer base.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in account management and revenue expansion. You will be responsible for building relationships with existing enterprise customers, identifying new upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and managing their renewals.
- Develop and execute tailored growth strategies for key accounts to meet retention and growth targets
- Orchestrate global teams to develop demand generation strategies for customers
- Capture all information and metrics in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Customer Success Management to ensure adoption of the Ardoq platform by customers
About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a commercially motivated professional with 10 years of experience in a SaaS provider. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in achieving sales targets in account management and revenue expansion roles with complex enterprise organizations.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a SaaS provider
- Experience achieving sales targets in account management and revenue expansion roles with complex enterprise organizations
- Leadership experience preferred as this role involves virtual leadership across the company
- Experience working directly with CIOs and CTOs required as this role involves senior stakeholder interactions
- Ability to develop customer governance structures to maximize Ardoq investment value
