We are seeking a talented Enterprise Account Strategist to join our team at Parexel.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving business growth in a B2B sales role, with experience in selling clinical operations services and strong communication skills.

As an Enterprise Account Strategist, you will work closely with Commercial Operations, SBU Delivery, Solutions Consultants, and Clients and Partners to identify, target, and secure new business across Parexel's FSP services.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to gain market share and build high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing, inside sales, Solution Consultants, and commercial operations to obtain thorough knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure account growth and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Prior experience in a B2B sales role in a CRO selling FSP services is required.
  • Experience with clinical operations services is highly desirable.
  • A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
