Job Description

The Enterprise Renewal Strategist plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by ensuring seamless renewal processes for our largest clients. This individual will collaborate closely with Sales & Customer Success teams to develop and execute effective strategies for contract renewals, license expansions, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contract renewals using sound commercial judgment and win-win negotiation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, and Legal teams.
  • Monitor customer health metrics to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Stay up-to-date on Sprinklr's licensing models and provide expertise to sales and customers during licensing discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Document all renewal steps and communicate effectively with customers throughout the process.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
