Job DescriptionThe Enterprise Renewal Strategist plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by ensuring seamless renewal processes for our largest clients. This individual will collaborate closely with Sales & Customer Success teams to develop and execute effective strategies for contract renewals, license expansions, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate contract renewals using sound commercial judgment and win-win negotiation strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, and Legal teams.
- Monitor customer health metrics to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Stay up-to-date on Sprinklr's licensing models and provide expertise to sales and customers during licensing discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Document all renewal steps and communicate effectively with customers throughout the process.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A track record of building positive relationships with peers and cross-functional partners.
- Excellent customer management skills, including sales, account management, and customer service.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to take personal initiative to identify areas of process improvement.
- A team player mindset and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a highly competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
