About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Contract Renewal Strategist to oversee the contract renewal process across multiple regions and business units. This strategic role ensures timely renewals, compliance with company policies, and alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales, post-sales, legal, and operational teams to manage and streamline the contract renewal process globally. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing global strategies for efficient contract renewals
  • E nsuring alignment with business goals, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance
  • Identifying opportunities to improve contract renewal processes and enhance operational efficiency

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include timeliness of contract renewals, customer satisfaction and retention rates, contract compliance and risk mitigation, and cost-effectiveness in the contract renewal process.

Nexthink provides a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in contract renewals in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of contract law, business operations, and the nuances of global contracts
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
