Job Description

Nexthink is a leader in digital employee experience management software, providing IT leaders with unparalleled insight into employee experiences. As the first solution to enable proactive optimization, Nexthink empowers its customers to deliver better digital experiences to millions of employees worldwide.

We are seeking a talented Sales Operations Leader to join our Global Sales Operations team. This role will oversee the contract renewal process across multiple regions and business units, ensuring timely renewals, compliance with company policies, and alignment with business objectives.

This position requires strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as project management expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years of experience in contract renewals in a SaaS environment and a strong understanding of contract law, business operations, and global contracts.

The successful candidate will lead and manage a global team of contract renewal professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. They will also provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
