We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Renewal Success Strategist to join our team in Barcelona. As part of the Renewal Team, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting a world-class renewal experience for our MongoDB customers, driving significant business impact for the company.

Your primary responsibility will be managing the end-to-end renewal process for assigned customer accounts, ensuring seamless continuation of their partnerships with MongoDB and maintaining strong customer relationships. You'll work closely with our sales and customer success teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience, ultimately contributing to the growth and retention of our customer portfolio within your territory.

Renewal Management Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the renewal process for assigned customer accounts, focusing on increasing the Renewal Rate.
  • Engage with customers 120 days in advance to secure timely renewals, preparing accurate and compliant renewal quotes and contracts.

Customer Engagement and Support:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their usage, needs, and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions to maximize the value customers receive from MongoDB.

Negotiation and Objection Handling:

  • Collaborate with customers to address any objections or concerns related to renewals.

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, reflecting the complexity and scope of this role. Our hybrid working model allows for flexibility and work-life balance, with opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
