Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Impact: Develop and implement customer success strategies, conduct thorough account reviews, and manage escalations effectively.
- Partnership: Collaborate with the Sales team to create success plans, assess customer health, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure renewals.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, account management, project management, consulting, or relationship management.
- Expertise in software product delivery, preferably in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Kubernetes container and DevSecOps tools.
- Proven ability to manage customer escalations, balance expectations, and negotiate successful resolutions.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Network Security, or Security Operations.
- Client-focused program management experience.
