We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Recruitment Room in Côte d'Ivoire. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and driving business growth through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for a dedicated portfolio of clients, with a focus on upselling our shipping, payment, and marketplace solutions.
  • Respond promptly and qualitatively to client inquiries via our CRM, handling at least 40 tickets per day.
  • Develop and deliver bi-weekly webinars to engage with clients and promote our services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of experience in account management or customer success.
  • Fluency in both English and French, although English is the primary language used in the workplace.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and address client needs.
  • The ability to identify business challenges and develop targeted learning and development solutions.
  • Proven program management skills and experience working in entrepreneurial or high-growth environments.
  • A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
