Enterprise Account Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Success Strategist to join our Enterprise Client Success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving growth through high-touch engagement delivery, planning, and partnership.

About the Role:

  • Be the face of Product School, delivering world-class client experiences through clear and timely communication, effective planning, and tracking of all delivery logistics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to meet deadlines and quality expectations, ensuring seamless client experiences.
  • Solve problems proactively and anticipate client needs to ensure an excellent experience for all customers.
  • Support back-end logistics for virtual and in-person engagements across time zones, including CRM management (Salesforce), facilitation, communications, briefings, T&E expenses, invoicing, business reviews, retrospectives, and tech support.

This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities. If you have 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, senior customer success, strategic partnerships, and/or professional training support, this could be an excellent fit for you.
