Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide high-touch engagement delivery and white-glove support to clients.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively address and resolve client issues.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
