Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Strategist to join our team at 1011 Amadeus IT Group S.A. as a Customer Success Senior Specialist with French or German.

About the Role

This is a full-time position in Madrid or Barcelona, offering an estimated salary of €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure customers achieve maximum benefits from our solutions by identifying opportunities for additional products and services that meet their needs.
  • To act as an escalation point for service concerns and provide proactive information to optimize product use, leading to improved revenue for both customers and Amadeus.
  • To secure renewals by demonstrating value for Amadeus solutions and building effective relationships with clients.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Amadeus portfolio of products and the hospitality industry in general. Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving retention goals by cultivating relationships with stakeholders across assigned accounts.
  • Becoming the primary point of contact for optimization and usage of tools.
  • Improving communications and being the main entry point for customer interaction to guide the client.
  • Supporting customers' growth through product adoption and optimizing the use of products.
  • Identifying risks and ensuring the renewal of assigned portfolios.
Benefits

As a Senior Customer Success Strategist at 1011 Amadeus IT Group S.A., you will contribute to Amadeus Hospitality revenue through upsell and cross-sell and ensure clients see the value of Amadeus products. You will collaborate with Directors of Sales within your assigned regions, coordinate with other departments, assess customer satisfaction, collect customer usage data, share business process and industry best practices, participate in customer projects, identify opportunities to improve current usage and adoption of Amadeus Hospitality products and services, and expand the Amadeus Hospitality footprint within the account.

Responsibilities also include being responsible for the Customer Success function, serving as the central point of contact and product expert for assigned products, all customer communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on contractual deliverables by coordinating with other teams. Additionally, you will provide revenue management, marketing, product optimization strategies, and budget suggestions in support of customers, driving effective strategies to achieve organic growth as well as expand business by creating value propositions to create opportunities proactively.
