Customer Success Strategic Advisor with Multilingual Expertise

**Job Overview**
The Customer Success Senior Specialist (CSSS) role at Amadeus involves driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and retention. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with assigned customers to ensure they derive maximum benefits from our products.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across assigned accounts to achieve retention goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for optimization and usage of tools, improving communications and guiding client interaction.
- Support customers' growth through product adoption and optimize the use of products.
- Identify risks and ensure the renewal of the assigned portfolio.
- Contribute to Amadeus Hospitality revenue through upsell and cross-sell, ensuring clients see the value of Amadeus products.
- Collaborate with Directors of Sales within assigned regions and coordinate with other departments for seamless renewal contracting processes.
**Requirements**
To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of the Amadeus portfolio of products and the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for assessing customer satisfaction, pre-emptively solving problems, collecting customer usage data, sharing business process and industry best practices, participating in customer projects, identifying opportunities to improve current usage and adoption of Amadeus Hospitality products and services, and expanding the Amadeus Hospitality footprint within the account.
**What We Offer**
This position comes with an estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000, depending on location and experience. As a strategic advisor, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and revenue growth. Your performance will be evaluated based on revenue generation, customer retention, and customer satisfaction.
