Pleo is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team in Central Europe. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Success Managers who work closely with mid-market customers to ensure healthy adoption of our products and services.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop strong relationships with internal teams. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team members, driving business growth through exceptional customer experiences, and collaborating with other departments to align priorities and deliver value.

Responsibilities
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine processes and drive customer success
  • Own key metrics, such as net retention and product adoption, and drive plans to exceed expectations
