Your Impact
• Drive customer adoption and success of Axon products and solutions in the region
• Collaborate with the Country Manager, Sales, and Engineering teams to achieve shared objectives
• Foster strong relationships with in-country partners and distributors to expand our presence
Your Day-to-Day
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support
• Develop and implement strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction
What You'll Bring
• Proven experience in customer success or a related field
• Strong understanding of the public safety sector and Axon's solutions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills
