Regional Support Manager, Iberia

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Success Manager (RSM) to drive customer success and adoption of TASER and Axon products and solutions in Spain and Portugal. As an RSM, you will be responsible for working with the Country Manager, sales and engineer teams, local partners, and distributors to support our customers and achieve successful adoption.
Your Impact:
You will have a significant impact on the growth and expansion of our business in the region, developing and serving customers, making them more effective and successful. You will be a key player in driving customer loyalty, proactively identifying new opportunities, and suggesting innovative ways to keep customers succeeding with Axon products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on all customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with the sales team to support existing customers and identify new opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with local partners and distributors, providing training and support to ensure successful adoption.
- Manage tickets and RMA, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel up to 40% to meet with customers, partners, and distributors.
- Coordinate regular calls with existing customers to monitor progress and provide support.

- Tactically focused on managing customer success adoption.
- A mission-driven mentality, with a strong desire to execute tasks and deliver results.
- The ability to operate autonomously and take responsibility for your work.
- A strong understanding of customer success in a territory and service management principles.
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Portuguese is also a valued asset.
- Strong public speaking skills and the ability to present complex information to various audiences.
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
