Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in Iberia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in Spain and Portugal through the development and execution of strategic plans.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional business development plans to drive growth and expansion
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure successful sales strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with partners and distributors to drive business growth and expansion
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the public safety and defense sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
