Regional Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Regional Business Development Specialist to join our team in Madrid. This role involves expanding our property partner portfolio, negotiating commission levels, and improving the supplier base for leisure/corporate customers.
The ideal candidate will have commercial awareness, experience of contract/agreement terminology and management, and fluency in Spanish and English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also essential.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a unique team, providing a personal and friendly service to our clients. As a Regional Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing competitor websites to benchmark our current market-share and source new suppliers
- Negotiating commission levels relevant to the circumstances to gain the best terms
- Pro-actively improving the supplier base for leisure/corporate customers using the new supplier processes
- Liaising with suppliers in a timely manner, working with other areas of the team to ensure a smooth sign-up process
- Overseeing and supporting sourcing accommodation solutions for projects
The estimated annual salary for this role is £55,000, depending on experience.
