Regional Business Development Specialist for Emergency Care in Iberia

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Specialist to join our team in Iberia. This individual will work closely with European Business Category Leaders and the wider Emergency Care zone teams to design and execute on EC plans for the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and nurture channel partners for short and long-term success.
  • Identify and initiate new business opportunities with partners.
  • Provide technical insights, training, and marketing support to boost EC product adoption.
  • Develop growth ideas and align them with European EC leads for the Iberian market.
  • Coordinate sales forecasting and activities, providing market insights and product updates.
  • Buid and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and distributors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, medical engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in business/marketing/sales with obligatory P&L experience.
  • Expertise in Emergency Care devices or similar medical devices.
  • Proven experience with indirect channels and distributors.
  • Strong business acumen with a customer-focused approach and ability to drive results in a matrix structure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading health technology company that prioritizes diversity and inclusion.
