About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transformational Business Development Specialist to join our team at Engineeringuk. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue high-potential transformation deals, leading and running entire sales cycles

* Drive new and incremental revenue through prospecting, acquiring, and developing new business with direct clients

* Collaborate with partners to drive new business and build strong relationships with clients

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets

* Work closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

Requirements

* Proven track record of success in business development and sales

* Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and solutions

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
