About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to lead our French and Benelux markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving expansion into the EMEA market, increasing sales, and securing listings of our clients' products within your area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow Dealers/Resellers/Wholesalers within the French, Benelux, and selected EMEA regions
  • Set annual targets and agreements with Dealers/Resellers/Distributors within the region
  • Optimize marketing tools in collaboration with Dealers/Resellers/Distributors
  • Achieve set growth plans and targets in new areas
  • Identify and onboard new partners/customers within the EMEA region
  • Drive new business development by identifying alternative or new channels
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Support Managers and Junior Account Managers
  • Work internally with Marketing and Business Development to increase sales across different business lines
  • Monitor the online environment in the area of responsibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master level education
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Sales/Account management related position
  • Minimum 5+ years hardware products experience
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Ideal fluency in Dutch, English, and French
  • Experience with office industry is a plus
