The Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Development Manager to join our Asphalt business in the Yorkshire region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing business relationships with both new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share in your designated territory.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and ensure competitiveness.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
What We Offer
In addition to a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus bonus, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
