Job Title: Regional Sales Lead

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Lead to join our team in the Canary Islands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of retail stores and driving sales revenue growth.

About the Role
  • This is a field-based role with a company car provided.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive retail management experience, preferably within a global organization.
  • Prior experience as a Multi-Site Manager, Area Manager, or District Manager would be highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
  • Lead high-performing teams and strategically drive sales and profitability.
  • Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders to maximize opportunities.
  • Analyze business performance data to identify commercial opportunities and implement change.
Requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A customer-centric approach with a target-driven mentality.
  • Data-driven with experience in scheduling, high-performance, and productivity.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
