As an Elevate Regional Sales professional at Thought Machine, you will be responsible for developing and delivering proposals tailored to customer and prospect priorities. You'll build relationships with key stakeholders across the region, driving interest and adding to the sales pipeline. Your primary objective is to exceed regional goals for software licensing and professional services contracts.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers, delivery, and marketing teams. You'll work closely with our in-house product and development teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales campaigns. A successful Elevate Regional Sales professional will have a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving business growth.
In addition to your technical expertise, you'll need excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage your time effectively and prioritize leads. You'll be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
