Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Director to enhance our team in Spain. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales within the B2B sector, ideally gained in the industrial automation industry.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting to the general manager of the Spanish subsidiary.
- Strategically identifying and cultivating business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Fostering and strengthening relationships with key customers, broadening the company's customer base.
- Overseeing the entire sales cycle of vacuum automation products, ensuring a seamless process.
- Engaging with customers through regular visits and frequent travel, providing exceptional service.
- Actively participating in marketing initiatives to elevate the visibility and appeal of our products and services.
- Implementing, monitoring, and reporting on strategies aimed at enhancing business processes and performance.
- Guaranteeing a smooth and transparent transition of projects to the relevant teams.
- Residence in the Madrid area.
- Completion of technical studies in industrial mechanical automation (minimum FP-2 level or equivalent).
- Knowledge of pneumatics and experience in industrial process automation.
- Proven sales track record, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, capable of holding business-level conversations.
