We are Beesion Technologies, Llc., a pioneering company in the development of Low-Code BSS systems. Our global headquarters is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL (USA), and we serve large clients across North America, Europe, and Latin America. With over 12 years of experience, we offer more than 30 low-code applications that help telecom companies bring new digital services to market, manage, monetize, and monitor them. Our omnichannel digital transformation solutions enable personalized subscriber engagement, improve customer service interactions, and deploy applications in the cloud or on-premises.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Europe sales efforts by opening new markets and developing relationships with existing clients.
- Manage countries in Europe, pursuing targets and developing accounts in the region.
- Represent and present Beesion's solutions to prospects and customers for post-sales in both technical and business targets.
- Develop a territorial plan to sell the entire Beesion suite considering products and services directly or working with system integrators and partners.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Recommend and develop sales strategies to improve business processes based on market research and competitive analysis.
- Continuously update forecasts and manage sales pipeline.
- Develop relationships with regional system integrator partners to generate net new leads.
- Travel in the region approximately 50-70% of available time.
You will be a strong fit for this position if you have:
- A proven track record of success in complex solutions and medium to large bid/project management.
- Strong knowledge of leading-edge Telco/CSP architectures.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related subject area.
- 12+ years of experience in sales to telecom operators.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, as well as the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment and an excellent working environment.
