**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated Sales Performance Specialist to play a key role in linking professionals with their ideal career paths. This role involves reaching out to potential employers, introducing our specialized services, and securing job listing subscriptions. The opportunity offers a commission-based compensation structure, providing you with the opportunity to directly impact your earnings through your sales achievements.

**Responsibilities**

  • Identify and target potential employers and businesses seeking to hire accounting and finance talent.
  • Present and showcase the advantages of our job listing subscriptions to potential employers.
  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and leads within our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing promotions and campaigns.

**Qualifications**

  • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably within a commission-based role.
  • Strong passion for job matching and an understanding of recruitment principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in presenting and explaining product features effectively.
  • Self-motivated and determined to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems and online communication tools.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with effective time management skills.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on performance)
