Job Description:
A highly motivated Sales Performance Insights Lead is required to join our dynamic team at Amazon. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and strategy through data-driven insights and recommendations. Your expertise in finance, business management, and sales operations will enable you to develop and implement effective systems, tools, and processes that drive revenue growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, insights, and dashboards that inform business decisions
- Provide routine and ad-hoc analytic reports to senior management regarding strategic initiatives, partner segment performance, and performance against goals
- Develop and implement strategic projects to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the sales operations team and in the field

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance, business management, and sales operations
- Proven track record of delivering results-oriented analytics and insights
