Your Role

We seek a collaborative, knowledgeable, passionate, and impactful leader to drive our pre-sales process as the Head of Lead Qualification Europe. In this brand-new role, you will play a crucial part in establishing best practices and unlocking tremendous business value. You will be responsible for leading and managing the Pre-Sales team for Otovo ́s 13 markets, setting objectives, providing guidance and support, and ensuring the team operates effectively to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing pre-sales tactics and processes in alignment with the overall sales and business objectives
  • Establishing, training, and coaching of our Pre-Sales Team based in Madrid
  • Monitoring and analyzing pre-sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, contact speed, pipeline coverage, and customer satisfaction, and taking corrective actions as needed to improve performance and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborating with Lead Qualifiers to engage with prospective customers during the pre-sales process

You will work closely with the local Sales & Marketing teams across Europe and customers to understand their needs and requirements, and designing customized solutions or proposals that meet those requirements. As an integral member of the pan-European Sales leadership team, you will help shape and deliver the overall Sales strategy.

About You

To succeed in this role, you have proven experience in leading Sales Teams, preferably pre-sales or technical sales representatives. Your expertise in sales leadership, team management, and strategic planning will enable you to drive business growth and success.

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
