Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business discussions with white label affiliate partners from high-level business discussions to operational delivery. You will work closely with our Business Development and Partner Connect teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to handle Inside Sales partners for European markets. You will interact with external partners to ensure continuous business growth. You will need to identify accounts with potential for growth, nurture positive relationships, and proactively identify and assist partner business needs. The role requires strong discernment and ability to drive value to partners.

What You Will Do

  • Lead a portfolio of affiliates (around 25-30 partners) in European regions
  • Own and lead the sales process to enhance existing partnerships through upselling of products and services, sales optimization, and building long-term strategic commercial relationships
  • Navigate board-level management and understand political pressures within partner organizations to reach a positive outcome
