Our Partnerships Team plays a crucial role in driving our indirect business growth through strategic partnerships with key players in the market. As a Business Development Manager for Financial Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritising, and recruiting new partners across various sectors, including financial institutions, professional services, and real estate companies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop relationships with potential partners to expand our business offerings.
  • On-board new partners and ensure a seamless integration into our network.
  • Report on progress against plan and maintain accurate records of partner performance.
  • Collaborate with technology and product managers to expand existing business and provide valuable insights.
  • Support the delivery of exceptional customer service and foster strong client relationships.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in sales and/or partner management in a B2B financial services organisation.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
  • Comfortable with phone sales approach and able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
  • Fluent Spanish and business-level English language proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organisational abilities.
