Business Development Manager for Mobility Partnerships in Iberia

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Europcar Mobility Group.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing partnerships with key accounts in the Iberian market, focusing on travel and tourism companies, as well as other relevant industries. They will also identify new business opportunities and negotiate agreements to drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of existing key accounts in the Iberian region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with airlines, hotels, and other relevant partners
- Negotiate and agree terms with potential partners to secure new business
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional content to support partnership initiatives
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development or a related field, preferably within the mobility or travel industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and proposals
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory, with Portuguese language skills an asset

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately €60,000 per year, plus a variable bonus based on performance.
